洛阳市白萝卜价格已连续8周下跌

　　近段时间，国内不少地方出现白萝卜跌价滞销现象。据市商务局的监测数据显示，近一个多月以来，我市白萝卜批发价一直处于低位运行。有关人士分析，白萝卜产量大，而目前需求量较小，是造成价格持续下跌的主因。
　　价格持续低迷&
　　据市商务局生活必需品市场监测系统的监测数据显示，今年国庆节过后，我市白萝卜批发价便进入下行通道。9月29日，白萝卜平均批发价为每公斤0.75元，到11月16日，已降至每公斤0.29元。截至上周末，白萝卜批发价为每公斤0.25元，已连续8周下跌。
　　白萝卜批发价走低，市场零售价也一样。景华路一家超市的工作人员说，目前超市内白萝卜售价为每公斤0.3元，但消费者需求并不旺盛。
　　供过于求致价格连降&
　　近期，国内不少地方白萝卜不仅价格下跌，还出现滞销现象，我市也有类似情况。针对这种情况，市商务局市场运行调节科的工作人员走访我市白萝卜种植区域及农贸批发市场进行调查。
　　工作人员说，通过走访李楼镇、送庄镇等我市白萝卜主产区了解到，今年我市白萝卜总的种植面积变化不大，但亩产量有所增加。今年9月、10月阳光充足，雨量少，白萝卜的亩产量大增，市场供应量增加。近年来，我市居民秋季及初冬消费白萝卜的数量减少趋势明显，造成了白萝卜供过于求。
　　一些蔬菜批发企业也表示，今年秋季我市天气晴好，非常适合各种蔬菜的生长，青菜、豆角、花菜等秋季菜供应量大，再加上运输方便，外地菜的调入量也有所增长，导致新上市白萝卜积压。而且，前段时间由于冬储白萝卜的收获期还未到，各地采购商也没有大规模组织收购。
　　另外，一些菜农盲目跟风种植，又没有形成批量规模，对外销售环节没有提前打通，造成销售渠道不畅，势必引起价格下跌。
　　抗风险能力还须提升
　　市商务局的相关负责人说，价格大起大落，不仅给市民生活带来较大影响，也不利于农业生产的持续稳定和农民增收。针对目前我市部分种植户的白萝卜滞销现象，市商务部门已及时与洛阳市冬春蔬菜储备各承办企业联系，以&农商对接&&农超对接&等形式，帮助种植户缓解白萝卜难卖难题。
　　河科大区域经济研究中心主任高延军说，零散种植户在种植农产品时，确实存在一定的盲目性，相关部门应加强引导，倡导差异化种植。例如白萝卜，有些是普通的食用型萝卜，有些则属于水果萝卜，其价格相差很大。
　　蔬菜生产需要形成规模化、产业化，还要提升农民的组织化程度，提高农户抗风险能力，可以结合当地的优势产品发展合作社，形成一村一品、一乡一业的发展模式。另外，由合作社负责蔬菜的分级包装，提高蔬菜流通的组织化程度，从根本上化解分散的小生产者和大市场之间的矛盾。
