福特未来或弃用双离合 改装6AT变速箱&&
近日,长沙交通违章查询了解到网络上有消息称，福特翼搏有望换装6AT变速器。在未来，旗下新福克斯、新嘉年华等车型可能也将弃用现款的双离合变速箱，并改用6AT变速箱。
根据长沙交通违章查询工信部公布的最新一期环保目录来看，福特将继续搭载1.5L汽油发动机，而变速箱将由现在的6速双离合变速箱更换为一款6AT变速箱。
现款蒙迪欧致胜搭载的是6速双离合变速器，而即将在8月19日上市的新蒙迪欧车型全系标配为6AT。长安福特在售车型中，嘉年华、福克斯以及现款翼搏均搭载的是6速双离合变速器。随着翼搏将换搭6AT变速器，长安福特未来有望放弃现在的powershift双离合变速箱，将6AT普及到所有在售车型。
长沙交通违章查询编辑点评：之前虽然福特的双离合变速箱没有什么负面新闻，但是双离合抛开换挡速度快不说，它依然存在这它的不足。在一副离合器工作的时候，另一副离合器处于随时待命的状态，对于过于激烈的驾驶，干式的离合，则会产生太多的热量，而湿式的离合，摩擦力又会不够。不过对于大多数20万元以下的双离合变速箱都为干式双离合，道路上的走走停停，过于激烈的驾驶都会使得变速箱过热，从而导致发动机熄火等问题。长安福◇◇及6AT其实是一个比较稳妥的办法，更加稳定的6AT，能让消费者省去不少后顾之忧，也能让厂商省去不少后顾之忧。

　　工作原理
　　双离合自动变速器（简称DCT）基于手动变速器基础之上。而与手动变速器所不同的是，DCT中的两幅离合器与二根输入轴相连，换挡和离合操作都是通过一集成电子和液压元件的机械电子模块来实现。而不再通过离合器踏板操作。就像tiptronic液力自动变速器一样，驾驶员可以手动换挡或将变速杆处于全自动D挡（舒适型，在发动机低速运行时换挡）或S挡（任务型，在发动机高速运行时换挡）模式。此种模式下的换挡通常由挡位和离合执行器实现。两幅离合器各自与不同的输入轴相连。如果离合器1通过实心轴与挡位1、3、5相连，那么离合器2则通过空心轴与挡位2、4、6和相连。

　　双离合历史
　　双离合变速器的构想早在二战前就被一个名为Adolphe Kégresse的法国军事工程师提出，后来由于战乱和当时技术的限制，构想一直没有成为现实，甚至都没有一个工程样品。
　　随着材料科学和电子技术的突飞猛进，1983年，保时捷将第一台体积足够小的双离合器变速器装配在传奇赛车956上，在勒芒等一系列赛事上所向披靡。
　　1985年，奥迪将双离合器技术应用于赛车场上，当时被命名为“Audi Sport Quattro S1赛车配合双离合器技术”。双离合器技术使奥迪赛车驰骋于当时的各大赛场，获得多项赛事的胜利。
　　到了20世纪90年代末期，大众公司和博格华纳携手合作生产第一个适用于大批量生产和应用于主流车型的DualTronic(R) 技术双离合变速器，为民用双离合器奠定了坚实的基础。
　　2002年，DualTronic(R) 技术应用在德国大众高尔夫R32和奥迪TT上。如今，还是依托科技的力量，双离合器的成本已经被越来越多的民用汽车所接受。

　　DQ250（6速）速为早期产品，由博格华纳提供控制模块，采用湿式离合器，即离合器片与相应的摩擦盘均浸在油中，可以使结合更顺畅，易于控制，同时便于散热。因此相同程度的用料，DQ250可承受的扭矩较大，为350Nm。
