我6月30号提交了一个paper到BMC Bioinformatics， 7月8号状态变成Editorial assessment ，一直到今天，19号了状态还是没有变成under review啊 哪位战友知道我还需要等待多久啊？可以写信问编辑吗？太纠结了 很怕写信问会立刻被据稿...

今天8月4号，我的文章状态突然又变回了submitted
从7月8号到8月3号状态都是Editorial assessment 今天居然又退回最原始的状态了 哪个战友遇到过类似的情况嘛 ？ 这是怎么回事啊 老板的邮箱也没有收到过任何的邮件啊
