To begin this shrine quest, speak to Garini in Palmorae Ruins.  You can walk there on your own or follow the young boy in nearby .  Garini is trying to figure out
make the shrine appear and will send you off to "note down" what it says on scattered monument pieces that match the wheel he is looking at. You now have to figure out
find the monument shards and take a photo of each one with your camera rune. The letters on the shards glow blue at night, so searching after dusk is easier.
The first fragment is nearby. Follow the rock wall from the two glowing platforms (facing your back to Garini) on the left until you see three palm trees. It is sitting in the grass next to the large boulder. The second fragment is on the way back to  on Palmorae Beach. It's nestled between a few rocks in the water near the crates and floating barrels. The third fragment is at the far edge of Soka Point. Just follow this crescent-shaped cape to the very end.  With these monument fragments in hand (well, their pictures), Garini can decipher the message:
"When the two find their place and kneel in reverence, the shrine will reveal itself." Garini can't figure it out. But you can. Go to one of the two orange-glowing platforms and hit crouch to kneel. The shrine will rise from the ground:
(Quick Thinking).

To begin this shrine quest, speak to Rotana in .  She is in a small house next to The Noble Canteen reading books. You do not have to trigger the quest to actually complete it. Go to the East
Ruins southwest of the . You will find seven statues in a circle and multiple ancient orbs laying about. Collect them all in the center. One of them is already in place, so you will need to locate the remaining six. One orb is on top of statue in the upper left corner, if you are facing the statues from the entrance. Once you have all of them, you will need to place the orbs in the correct spot.
You may have noticed symbols on varying parts of the statues as you went around which match the symbols on the ancient orbs. Place the correct orb in front of the proper statue to complete the puzzle. The solution is, going from the entrance around in a clockwise fashion
The comma (,) The carrot symbol (^) The "O" The colon (:) The "S" shape The tear shape The "II" shape When all the orbs are in place correctly, the hidden  will emerge from the ground.
