&p&这个问题真是一个超级大的问题，就不同的地域，文化，以及不同类型的场地，景观的设计逻辑都是不一样的。&/p&&p&我将从：&/p&&p&&b&一、设计前期

&/b&&/p&&p&&b&四、施工&/b&&/p&&p&&b&五、反推敲&/b&&/p&&p&&b&六、说点别的&/b&&/p&&p&等几个步骤解释一下我所理解的设计逻辑&/p&&p&&b&一、设计前期&/b&&/p&&p&就设计而言，设计的前期是对场地探求的时期也是不断头脑风暴的时期。&/p&&p&在我读硕士期间，曾跟随英国aa的老师做过一段时间的参数化设计，全部的逻辑和理论支撑，给设计场地进行全方位的定位，并且在一定程度上对未来设计的发展提供一定的可能性方向。&/p&&p&放几张我当时的图纸。&/p&&p&在这个时期就场地本身的问题比如：风向，土壤，温度，气候条件等等都是可以根据不同的软件解决，比如：gis，ecotest，rhino的插件grasshopper等来进行测试或者模拟，或者根据甲方或者相关行业人群提供的资料来做设计前期场地本质分析。&/p&&p&而在这个阶段，也有对设计文化问题的分析：宗教，历史，人群特征，行为特征，部分是要求研究大量的历史文献，部分是要求对场地进行深入调研。&/p&&p&综上，设计前期对设计的发展起到了决定性的铺垫。&/p&&p&&b&二、设计过程&/b&&/p&&p&这个阶段是整个设计中承上启下的一个必须阶段，个人认为也是最重要的阶段。&/p&&p&要根据前期调研的场地本身问题以及获得的历史文化信息以及调研问卷，或者设计师对景观的判断形成初步的预判。&/p&&p&举个例子，这是郑州万科的一个设计，设计师为我们提供了一套非常完整的道路系统设计&/p&&p&案例来自：&a data-original=&https://pic4.zhimg.com/v2-4dcf70ebbceb06a2a188af_r.jpg&&&/figure&&p&三、方案&/p&&p&方案阶段也是重中之重的阶段，很多的分析图阶段设计师对长度的分析和感知都是相类似的，但是到了设计阶段设计师的审美和设计师的脑洞就非常重要，而且可以看出设计的功底了&/p&&p&我非常反感对着平面图讨论来讨论去的……&/p&&p&平面就是功能，还有结构，我们的景观设计，建筑设计是给人玩的又不是给鸟看的，讨论设计的平面好不好有什么意义呢？最重要的是脑洞和空间。&/p&&p&脑洞：不是说你在图上画了个蝴蝶路，画了个蜻蜓山，而是要在实用的基础上，开发出来新的东西，如何跟生态结合，如何跟现在特别火的ar，vr或者等等走在前端的科技结合。&/p&&p&空间：空间应该是立体的表达，可以在模型里体现，无论是手模，或者su，rhino都是可以简单的模拟这种场景的，之前我去日本交流的时候，老师非常强调手模，说自己做才更能有深刻体会。但是现在国内据我所知的所有公司，都不怎么做手模了。。。都是直接做电脑模型渲染出图。我觉得无论哪种表达的方式，出效果就好啦，知道里面的空间结构就好啦。&/p&&figure&&img data-original=&https://pic3.zhimg.com/v2-dd20165fdaf077f5d21152_r.jpg&&&/figure&&p&这样就一目了然了。&/p&&p&看设计如此，我们做设计更是如此，不断的对空间进行推理，哪里的墙多高，哪里的台阶多高，哪里应该有棵乔木，哪里又应该有灌木，都需要不断的对模型以及自己的思路进行修改。&/p&&p&设计方案阶段，我觉得模型才是王道，平面都是辅助啦&/p&&p&之前写过一篇给考研学弟学妹的文章&/p&&p&&a 爱画图：风景园林考研快题如何练习？&/a&&/p&&p&设计和快题真的是要分开看！&/p&&p&嗯&/p&&p&&b&四、施工&/b&&/p&&p&你要不懂施工，那就做不好设计，真是的说的太对了，当然我从工作到现在也就画过3套施工图，我也没有什么资格说施工很好，但是在画了施工图后就会知道，哪些设计是由明显bug的，哪些设计是可以努努力做出来的。&/p&&p&说实话，我觉得，做景观设计就是为了落地的！&/p&&p&参加竞赛就是一种对新理念的追求，这个可以有，但是如果最终你的项目都落不了地，那岂不是，尴尬。&/p&&p&&b&五、反推敲&/b&&/p&&p&在自己的建成项目或者在现有的案例中不断的质疑与反质疑。&/p&&p&现在批判学科发展的迅猛，特别是建筑批判已经走在建筑理论的前端，我们景观批判还没有那么深入。&/p&&p&我们能否在设计中不断学习，不断批判一球进步呢？&/p&&p&六、说些别的&/p&&p&这个问题问的是：景观设计的逻辑是什么，我简单列了几个我自己在设计过程中总结的逻辑&/p&&p&但是！！！&/p&&p&很多的大师作品，与逻辑么？没有逻辑么？有逻辑吧？没有逻辑吧？&/p&&p&可能就是对情绪的表达和对设计的追求吧。&/p&&p&希望有朝一日，我们在设计中也能表达情绪，展示追求吧！&/p&&figure&&img &p&有时候，竞赛方案本身反映出来的高下往往难以一概而论、准确比较。而竞赛提出的背后主导原因以及竞赛方案的价值取向，往往会成为一段时期设计主流价值观的风向标，所以阅读竞赛方案，不能只看方案，不看背景，不能只看设计，不思缘由。&/p&&p&潘兴广场方案的竞赛，是洛杉矶50公园计划的其中一个。从这个竞赛的阅读，我们似乎也可以读到目前西方设计圈的主流价值取向。而师夷长技以制夷，说的正是此事，如何从复盘竞赛中习得些许有利于国内风景园林价值建构的要素与设计手法，是本文目标之一。&/p&&p&&b&一、改造背景——教科书中的潘兴广场&/b&&/p&&p&潘兴广场以纪念约翰·约瑟夫·潘兴 (John J. Pershing) 上将而得名。1994年2月，该广场由Ricardo Legorreta和Laurie Olin重新设计为后现代风格，成为加州地标之一。潘兴广场在诸多大学老师的设计课、专业课课程上都是以正面示例存在。遗憾的是当地民众却不买账，潘兴广场被城市主义者称为&b&“美国最糟糕的公共空间”。&/b&&/p&&p&民众不买账是一方面，城市更新可以带来城市空间品质的提升，而且某种程度上增强了城市内部各要素的流通循环。教科书存在的潘兴广场居然要改造，可能很多闭门的老同志知道此事应该会懵。&/p&&figure&&img data-original=&https://pic1.zhimg.com/v2-5d5bb41cc8_r.jpg&&&/figure&&p&&b&二、存在过往——潘兴广场的前世今身&/b&&/p&&p&到底是什么让民众对这个开放空间如此不满，究其原因，建筑师主导的广场设计方案，使得整个方案充满了建筑语言与建筑要素。导致了空间内核的内向性，空间边界的阻隔性，空间类型的无趣性。可以说方案成功做到了以下三点。&/p&&p&&b&拒绝对话行人——随处可见的挡墙&/b&，为了节省车库成本而抬升的场地地坪，四周长长的地下车库入口坡道。高差、挡墙、长坡道都成为了限制城市使用者快速、轻松进入场地的内容。&/p&&p&&b&拒绝表达自然——硬质为主的广场空间&/b&，缺乏绿色林荫区域，可能考虑到建设成本，覆土缺失后绿色空间无法覆盖，于是在加州这个地方，气候决定了缺少遮阴，集聚人气的机会也就不会大。&/p&&p&&b&拒绝服务居民——设计更多考虑了停车库的空间&/b&，虽然有宏大的构筑物，有些许水景，但还是无法为居民提供多样、有趣的活动功能。&/p&&p&2016年是潘兴广场从牧场变为公园的第150年。从150年前起，这个公园有过六个名字和多次翻新工程。自1951年安置停车场后，公园被提升到高于街道的水平，从而被孤立和隔离。也就是课程幻灯片上常见的Ricardo Legorreta和Laurie Olin设计的方案。&/p&&p&事实证明，多数的民众想让公园恢复到1951年之前美术学院所做的设计，那时的公园与街道齐平，林荫树和茂盛的草地使人能够远离城市。&/p&&figure&&img data-rawheight=&1816& src=&https://pic3.zhimg.com/v2-e6f7ee341eaadfa1c7adca_b.jpg& data-original=&https://pic4.zhimg.com/v2-c84cfdfe74fefaef28aa222f96983b43_r.jpg&&&/figure&&p&&i&三个典型的状态&/i&&/p&&p&&i&&br&&/i&&/p&&p&&b&三、反思前行——时代更迭的价值变更&/b&&/p&&p&我们应不应该为了空间的丰富性，就试图通过刻意的竖向设计来表达意图，而导致场地的步行舒适度降低？应不应该在城市车辆交通爆炸的时候，将绿地作为规划失当填补停车甚至影响使用的车权主导设计？应不应该一味妥协于工程技术而将就设计？&/p&&p&对于各位，相信答案必然都是否定的，但遗憾的是，我们一直在这条“肯定”的路上越走越远。好在，最近从中央的城市工作会议到地方的城市街道设计导则出台，都对公共空间人性化开始关注并付诸行动。而潘兴广场的四家改造方案，从西方语境与视角给出了可能的人性化方案图示解释。这些构想至少可以从以下三个方面来理解。&/p&&p&&b&3.1车路权到人路权——人行优化为先，车行满足为辅&/b&&/p&&p&现状：现有4条平行斜坡通往地下停车场，5TH和6TH街各有4车道，HILL街有六车道。&/p&&p&四组设计方案：打开交通下坡道空间对城市界面的阻隔，成为了大家的一致目标，由于连续的坡道，使得真个场地步行可进入的边界长度与实际周长比实在可怜，也阻隔了城市街道与广场绿地的互动。a方案改造后，将平行坡道改成垂直坡道，避免了同方向的切割，数量也大大缩减至2个出入口。j方案改造同于前者，差别在于选择在了界面较短的两条街道上，s方案则选择了界面较长的两条街道，w方案改造后将所有地库入口控制在一条短界面街道。四个方案各有各的思虑，但目标基本一致。&/p&&figure&&img data-original=&https://pic2.zhimg.com/v2-cfcbb85ee1759_r.jpg&&&/figure&&p&&b&3.2硬质化到绿色化——绿色空间置入，功能复合穿插&/b&&/p&&p&现状为数不多的绿化，是大家诟病重点，设计者也不去考虑这名为潘兴广场的开放空间，是个广场的定位。以公众需求为主，切实增加绿色空间，纵观国内，原先的设计定位往往限制了设计师软硬比，因为软硬比有指标，殊不知指标是死的，人是活的，开放空间的本质服务于人，其实规划、指标的划定本意也是保持人的需求，但是一旦普适性指标框死，反而容易教条主义。这也就带来一个问题,广场一定要象广场才可以吗?各类开放空间界定其实已经越来越模糊，更趋于具体情况具体设计的逻辑。&/p&&p&a方案改造后，尽可能的增加了绿地空间，林荫空间与草坪空间穿插。j方案改造了原先1:4的软硬比到1:1的比例，s方案则更大程度的增加到了70%都是绿地的比例状态，w方案则增加到了60%的绿地比例。虽然结果略有差异，但是都尽可能的通过更绿色的设计，来满足气候特征与功能活动需求。&/p&&figure&&img data-original=&https://pic4.zhimg.com/v2-d841e6ad339cf14f942df_r.jpg&&&/figure&&p&&b&3.3抬升化到接地化——缓接城市空间，市民绿地互动&/b&&/p&&p&抬高车库导致整体场地的可进入性、便捷性降低，如何改变高差带来的不便，四个团队给出了一致又差异的答案。一致的将穿行空间便捷化，停留空间丰富化、立体化，而非单纯的出于工程造价整体抬高。a方案设计最为细致深入，不仅考虑了周边道路的高程变化与场地关系，还给出了两个备选方案，最后选定了最接近地平的做法。而且对原车库的调整，也不是简单粗暴的拆除重建，而是改造首层，降低首层高度（首层因为建设当初要停放超高车辆，故而高度较大，具有较大改造空间）。J方案也对首层进行了调整与设计，将停车功能置部分换成休闲娱乐功能，而高差则通过5%的步行极限坡解决，遗憾的是未能考虑周边道路的坡度带来的场地高度变化，较之a方案不及。s方案则呈现出不顾一切的设计主动性，方案将原有的三层车库改造成两层，减少的停车位则通过立体停车的方式解决，保证停车位数量基本不变的同时，降低地面高程。不足是整体的工程量似乎教前两者大大增加。w的方案与j的相似，也是保留了原有结构，改造了一层车库的中部为建筑服务空间，这样的好处为地面保留了更多的绿色空间。&/p&&figure&&img data-original=&https://pic2.zhimg.com/v2-bc9cc6ea760ce6147119_r.jpg&&&/figure&&p&&b&车路权到人路权、硬质化到绿色化、抬升化到接地化&/b&三点可以说是三个方案共同努力的方向，而各自的差异则体现在诸如：主题概念、空间布局、设计亮点等方面。&/p&&p&&br&&b&四、潘兴角力——设计方案的多元碰撞&/b&&/p&&p&&b&4.1主题概念&/b&&/p&&p&a方案以八个子目标的表达阐释设计方案“洛杉矶活力心脏”的概念，包括重新定位、重新连接、重新引入自然、重新发现荫蔽等子目标。&/p&&p&j方案则提出将潘兴广场打造为新的城市核心&绿宝石。希望叠加历史上的设计方案的优点，形成新的设计方案。&/p&&p&s方案则提出了生态乌托邦的概念，突出设计方案的生态自循环特征，无需提供水、电、能源等要素，构建一个完全零需求，由建筑、绿色空间构成的自循环体系。&/p&&p&w方案则直接把潘兴广场（pershing square）的名称改成了潘兴绿地（pershing green），类似于j方案的绿宝石。&/p&&p&解读：a方案给出朗朗上口的定位概念，也踏实的描绘了方案提升的内容，j方案的绿宝石概念略微老套，但也不失准确，s方案则造了个生态乌托邦的新概念，新鲜有趣，但是结合了大量的新建建筑，构想了城市立体农场的概念，不足在于可操作性较为欠缺，w方案的绿色主题简单粗暴，但指向鲜明。概念主题从花哨到平实，一应俱全。&/p&&figure&&img data-original=&https://pic2.zhimg.com/v2-ace64ed38e67f02ce68c5f9ccdd626a9_r.jpg&&&/figure&&p&4.2功能构想&/p&&p&a方案提供的功能构想，更为弹性，以开敞草坪为核心的周边式活动设计，典型欧美范式。东西南北不对称的设计，使得方案较之范式有所变革。花园概念是各类专类空间表达的载体，可食花园、风之园、月光花园、阳光花园主题更亲近自然。&/p&&p&j方案以x形穿行流线界定了四组区域，两两相对，长轴方向通过地形抬升结合建筑布局，立体化复合功能，同时让街角空间也能立体有趣。而短轴方向两组则同样以小花园空间来演绎。&/p&&p&s方案以更为复杂的步行切割手法，梳理出差异等级流线，功能布局趋于准确化，建筑延伸到场地空间，共同形成空间边界。&/p&&p&w方案考虑与j较为相似，采用了相同的设计结构，空间变化的手法则采用更自然的方式，整个空间更有视觉变化，而功能布局的逻辑与a方案则更为接近。&/p&&figure&&img data-original=&https://pic1.zhimg.com/v2-eeba896c67f_r.jpg&&&/figure&&p&&b&五、学习借鉴——方案比较的主观解读&/b&&/p&&p&&b&观点一：可行&/b&&/p&&p&从兼顾行人易入性与工程合理性看，a的方案无疑是最好的，所以最后a取得竞赛优胜，也是合情合理。。主观认为可能赢在问题的准确解析、方案的切实可行、表达的准确明了。相较于过度理想，技术不及，成本过大的方案，落地性应该是该方案成功的重要原因之一。过分关注概念与美好愿景的描绘而忽视技术可行与落地操作，只怕在今日日益成熟的市场中，难以实现了。&/p&&p&&b&观点二：人本&/b&&/p&&p&活力、绿色、便捷、可达、可持续也是几个方案共同的关键词，而这些关键词更多来源于使用者的需求，关注于使用者的需求，这个使用者包含了周边居民、游客、乃至管理、维护者的管理人员。&/p&&p&&b&观点三：应借&/b&&/p&&p&四个方案的全部成果当然不仅仅是以上描绘的内容，以上更多是个人对方案理解后摘取提炼的思考，从大脉络到细节上看，我们似乎也可以读到目前西方设计圈的主流价值取向，可供我们学习参考。&/p&&p&解读也存在一定主观性与片面性，仅供参考。&/p&&p&备注：a
