光模块种类繁多，认识光模块需从光模块命名规则入手，了解光模块产品上各种符号所代表的含义。
　　4、 XFP 遵从的协议：XFP MSA 协议；　　5、+遵从的协议：IEEE 802.3ae、SFF‐8431、SFF‐8432；　　6、SFP+是更主流的设计。　　7、 SFP+ 协议规范：IEEE 802.3ae、SFF‐8431、SFF‐8432。　　CFP和QSFP是及以上的两种实现方案。CFP系列光模块有CFP、CFP2、CFP4，其中CFP2、CFP4是光模块的两种产品方案。QSFP是四通道SFP接口，QSFP系列有QSFP、QSFP+、QSFP28。QSFP和QSFP+主要实现40G光接口，QSFP28光模块支持100G接口。　　三、接口的主要类型　　光纤接口是用来连接光纤线缆的物理接口，通常有SC、LC、FC、ST等几种类型。不同的光模块对应的光纤接口不尽相同。1&9及GBIC光模块通常采用SC光纤接口，而SFP和XFP封装形式的光模块通常采用LC光纤接口。　　图表3 四种主要的光纤接口类　　资料来源：OFweek行业研究中心

100G CFP系列光模块和QSFP28光模块

云计算、虚拟化技术的快速发展使得数据中心对高速率的需求越来越大，过去的1/10G网络已经远远不能满足人们对高速率和高带宽的要求，因此40/100G在近几年得到了飞快的发展。本教程将来聊聊100G网络中的CFP/CFP2/CFP4光模块和QSFP28光模块。100G CFP/CFP2/CFP4光模块IEEE组织在定义100G标准时，CFP是行业内推荐的光模块封装方式之一，它是一种支持热插拔的光模块，可应用于40G和100G以太网、OC-768/STM-256、OTU3、OTU4等。CFP光模块的接口是依照SFP光模块设计，但是在收发方向上分别提供10路10Gbit/s并行数据通道，具有高达100Gbps的传输速率。目前，100G CFP系列光模块主要有三种不同大小的封装：CFP、CFP2和CFP4，如下图所示，CFP光模块的尺寸最大，CFP2光模块是CFP的二分之一，CFP4光模块又是CFP2的二分之一。100G CFP2光模块常用作100G以太网互连链路，传输效率比CFP光模块更高，更小的体积也使其适合更高密度的布线。100G CFP4光模块 MSA协议，支持和CFP与CFP2同样的速率，传输效率明显提升，但耗电量大幅下降，仅为原来的一半左右，系统成本方面也比CFP2更低。注意： CFP、CFP2、CFP4光模块不能相互替换使用，但是三者可在同一系统中同时使用。100G QSFP28光模块100G QSFP28光模块的尺寸和QSFP+光模块的尺寸一样，同样也有4路并行数据通道，但是每一个通道的传输速率从10Gbit/s增加到了25Gbit/s，从而达到100Gbps的传输速率。与CFP系列光模块相比，100G QSFP28光模块的体积更小，可实现更高密度的布线。使用QSFP28光模块可以不经过40G直接从25G升级到100G。此外，QSFP28光模块的4个25Gb/s并行数据通道也符合100G以太网标准。在由QSFP28光模块组成的100G光纤链路中，100G上行链路是由4个25G链路组成，而各个25G下行链路的网络架构和10G网络的布线结构完全一样，但是整个网络的传输容量却大大增加了。因此，与10G&40G&100G升级相比，10G&25G&100G升级的方式能大大简化数据中心的布线系统、降低布线系统的敷设成本。此外，QSFP28光模块工作时的功耗通常不超过3.5W，而其他100G光模块的功耗通常在6W到24W之间，由此看来，QSFP28光模块要比其他100G光模块的功耗要低得多。这就是100G QSFP28光模块比100G CFP系列更受欢迎的原因。飞速光纤100G光模块解决方案随着100G以太网的到来，100G光模块也在光通信市场上越来越常见。飞速光纤供应多种CFP、CFP2、CFP4光模块和QSFP28光模块， 品牌有思科（Cisco）、瞻博（Juniper）、博科（Brocade）、华为（Huawei）等，我们的每一个光模块都经过真机测试，100% 。下表是几种常用的中性100G光模块，我们还可以提供光模块定制服务。更多详情，请拨打我们的服务热线：。产品编号产品图片产品名称CFP高速单模光模块 双重速率 100GBASE-LR4 OTN 1310nm 10kmCFP高速光模块 100GBASE-ER4 1310nm 40kmCFP2高速单模光模块 双重速率 100GBASE-LR4 OTN 1310nm 10kmCFP4高速单模光模块 双重速率 100GBASE-LR4 OTN 1310nm 10kmQSFP28高速多模光模块 100GBASE-SR4 850nm 100mQSFP28高速单模光模块 100GBASE-LR4 1310nm 10km

CFP 100G Passive Electrical Loopback is used for testing CFP 100G& transceiver ports in board level test. By substituting for a full-featured CFP transceiver, the electrical loopback provides a cost effective low loss method for CFP 100G port testing. The CFP-100G-loopback is packaged in a standard MSA housing compatible with all CFP ports.
F-tone CFP 100GBASE-LR4 module supports a link length of 10 kilometers on standard single-mode fiber (SMF, G.652). 100 Gigabit Ethernet signal is carried over four wavelengths. Multiplexing and demultiplexing of the four wavelengths are managed within the device.
CFP 100GBASE-SR10 / OTU4 Parallel Optical Module:Designed to support the IEEE 100GBASE-SR10 the newly developed F-tone 100G CFP transceiver provides increased port density and total system cost savings. The F-tone CFP module has a single MPO port which connects to an industry standard 2x12 multi-mode fiber cable. One 2x12 multi-mode optical fiber cable terminated with MPO optical connectors connects two CFP modules.
F-tone Electrical Loopback CFP CFP-XLB-XX is used for testing CFP transceiver ports in board level test. The electrical loopback provides a cost effective low loss method for CFP port testing. CFP-XLB-XX is packaged in a standard MSA housing compatible. Transmit data from the host is electrically routed, (internal to the loopback module), to the receive data outputs and back to the host.
F-tone CFP-40G-10KM, CFP-40G-20KM, CFP-40G-40KM 40G CFP transceiver modules are designed for use in 40 Gigabit Ethernet links over single mode fiber. They are compliant with the CFP MSA1 and IEEE 802.3ba 40GBASE-LR4, 40GBASE-ER4. Digital diagnostics functions are available via an MDIO interface, as specified by the CFP MSA.
