修复工具提示（Tooltip）被任务栏遮挡的问题
&一直以来，如果用电脑时间长一点，就有可能会发生这种情况：鼠标移动到任务栏上的按钮、图标以及时间区上的时候，弹出的工具提示（Tooltip）会被任务栏遮挡，如图：

手动解决的方法只有杀掉Explorer.exe然后重新运行它，很是讨厌。
微软的知识库（英文好的可以进这个链接看原文）描述了这个问题，并且说这是所有Windows
XP都有的问题。这种问题会有可能在开始菜单上点右键执行程序之后发生（知识库中也举了个简单的例子，但事实上，我最近的一次出现这种问题就是因为我在开始菜单上进行过右键操作，例如重命名一个程序组【再次实操证实，只要在开始菜单上点右键，这种问题就会出现】）。
微软给出的解决方法是：
1.注销之后再登录；
2.重启电脑（这两种方法不就根本上是重启Explorer.exe吗？而且好像是经过了深思熟虑才发现，“唉，改不了啦，只好这样啦”，因为从Windows
XP发布的2002年到这个知识库发布的2006年[912650文章的最后修改时间]中微软没有任何解决这个问题的方法……）。
其实一直都是这样，微软软件那些通过重启就能解决的问题，微软一般都懒得理，都是网友动手解决的。
这个工具提示被挡的问题就有人主动写出程序来解决了。在非官方的MSFN.org上有文章发布了一个小工具来临时修复这个问题：“
If you are using Windows XP
you'd should have noticed that sometimes, the tooltip appears
behind the windows taskbar when you hover on the taskbar icons,
such as the time (to get the date).
If you've encountered it before, you'd know what I mean. It's THAT
annoying! So how do you go about fixing it?
You can download the fix here
You might also want to create a
shortcut to this fix in the Start Menu and then assign a shortcut
key to it. That way, fixing the tooltip problem when it occurs only
takes a few combination of keys!
中间的那个链接就是那工具的下载链接（今年五月才发布出来的哦）。这个工具需要在发现被挡的问题时手动运行，运行完毕就会自动关闭，也不会出现任何提示或窗口。
如果你经常出现这个问题以致需要全自动的解决方法的话，可以到上下这个ToolTipFixer（点下载），这程序会在后台建立服务监控Tooltip的纵深位置，一旦发现被挡就自动修复，不需干预（今年六月才发布出来的哦）。

上文中所引用的意思就是：在“所有程序”出来的菜单中，点右键，选择“按名称排序”，再重复一次这个操作。而上文的作者反映的是，他再重复一次（这个就不知道是再排序一次、一共三次呢，还是重复所有操作、也就是再排序两次、一共四次了）结果才有效果。反正我无论试了多少次，无论每次排序之后退出菜单还是多次排序之后再退出菜单，都没有效果，于是我最后还是用了此文章前面介绍的工具解决了。

再介绍一个比我表述得更清晰而且还自己写出解决程序的国人的文章：。
他发表的时间比MSFN.org上的要早半个月，但比NeoSmart
Technologies要晚一个来月。写出来的程序跟MSFN.org上的一样，都是手动运行，但他的带界面：
喜欢哪个就选择哪个吧，对于我来说，如此单一功能的工具，无需界面也能解决问题的话，当然是没有界面要简洁得多。
