　　第三道，在定点范围内，检测监控周边可能对领导人构成威胁的地点。这些地点除了有专人值守外，还配备了远距离的狙击手。第四道，是考察地形地貌，制定国家领导人出行线路的安保环节。了解这些，才能选择最佳道路方便领导人出行，以排除不必要的安全隐患。第五道，负责联系沿途救护医院，备好急救措施、备好与国家领导人血型相同的血样等，以防万一出事后，可以及时救治和抢救。 当然，外国领导人的安保并不是影视作品中简单的身边有几个戴墨镜的人，而是至少有五道防火墙保护领导人出行时的安全。
