  做法:核桃5克,蜂蜜1克,冲水泡服,可润肠通便。
  2.核桃奶--治失眠:

  3.核桃大米粥--防治心血管病:
  做法:核桃仁与米各50克,加水500毫升用大火烧开,改小火煮成粥,有降胆固醇、预防血管硬化的作用。
  4.核桃生姜--治慢支、咳喘:
  做法:核桃仁1~2粒,生姜1~2片,一并细细嚼吃。每日早、晚各1次,可补益肺脾、化痰平喘。

1.核桃蜂蜜茶--治疗慢性便秘:
做法:核桃5克,蜂蜜1克,冲水泡服,可润肠通便。
2.核桃奶--治失眠:
做法:取核桃6个,牛奶1杯,煮熟后睡前服用,有健脑安眠的作用。
3.核桃大米粥--防治心血管病:
做法:核桃仁与米各50克,加水500毫升用大火烧开,改小火煮成粥,有降胆固醇、预防血管硬化的作用。
4.核桃生姜--治慢支、咳喘:
做法:核桃仁1~2粒,生姜1~2片,一并细细嚼吃。每日早、晚各1次,可补益肺脾、化痰平喘。
