白浪小学荣获开发区2015年度消防先进单位

3月31日，在十堰经济技术开发区召开的2016年度消防工作会议上，十堰经济技术开发区白浪小学获得2015年度消防“先进单位”荣誉称号。
近年来，在开发区党委、管委会和区文教卫局的正确领导以及区公安消防大队的监督指导下，白浪小学高度重视消防安全工作，牢固树立“以人为本，安全第一”理念，始终坚持安全工作警钟长鸣，消防安全常抓不懈，有力地保障了师生生命和财产安全，维护了学校正常的教育教学秩序。
一是狠抓常规管理，落实消防安全责任。严格落实消防安全责任制和责任追究制，建立健全了消防安全预警机制和应急处理机制，形成了一把手负总责、一级抓一级、层层抓落实工作局面，构建了覆盖全面、多方配合、全员参与、齐抓共管的校园消防安全管理体系。
二是加大排查力度，杜绝消防安全隐患。坚持“日巡查、周检查、月排查”制度，做到排查全方位，满覆盖，不漏环节，抓实细节。加强了对教育教学设施的隐患排查；加大了对易发火灾部位和易燃易爆物品的监管；加大了消防工作的投入力度，确保消防设施配齐配足配好，确保消防通道畅通无阻，确保消防安全隐患及时整改到位。
三是强化宣传教育，提高避险自救能力。定期开展全员消防安全培训，使广大师生做到“三懂三会”，即懂基本消防常识，懂消防设施器材使用方法，懂逃生自救技能；会查改火灾隐患，会扑救初起火灾，会组织人员疏散；大力推进消防安全教育进校园、进课堂、进教材、进生活，积极邀请公安、消防等有关单位开展专题讲座，深入开展多种形式的消防安全和法制教育，坚持每年举办不少于两次的消防应急疏散和逃生救护演练，切实提高了师生自我保护和自救互救能力；积极发挥自身优势，利用“小手拉大手”活动、“致家长的一封信”、家长会等方式，宣传消防安全工作的重要性，为打造平安校园，构建和谐平安开发区做出了积极贡献。
