我15岁在纽约读高中的时候，因为心理压力非常大，再加上身边认识的所有的朋友（大概4，5个）非常“有默契”地一起选择了退学（我特么也不知道为啥认识的全是不爱学习的），选择提早步入社会，一度也在考虑加入他们。他们之间有的人是真的完全不是读书的材料，有些人是因为觉得社会比学校更精彩。我两个都不是，我承认我的一部分思想确实受了他们的影响，看到有些人在外面找了份搬家的工作，时不时拿点工资回来请客吃饭，日子似乎过得也挺不错的嘛。但其实更多的是因为当时我刚移民到美国没多久，不管是生理还是心理上都非常不适应，汉堡太难吃，外国同学太难融入，对完全陌生的学校和生活方式都产生了极其严重的排斥。&br&&br&当时我有一整个学期都在思想挣扎，具体的行为表现出来就是长期旷课，各种科目不及格，整个人的状态都非常低迷，也因此老师时不时就要跟我爹举行小型会议进行沟通。虽然我没有明说退学的想法，但我爹肯定知道我遇到了瓶颈。&br&勉强混完那个学期，到了暑假，有一天我爹突然跟我说，这个暑假你不能回国，不能在家呆着玩，你得出去打工了。&br&我听完就懵了，我才15岁你让我一个人出去打工？哪个地方敢收一个未成年童工？&br&你别说，还真有。&br&哪儿呢？中餐馆。&br&可一个15岁乳臭未干的小子能干什么呢？&br&打杂。&br&&br&我问我爹，咱们家缺钱吗？&br&他说不缺。&br&我又问，那我为什么要去打这种工？那都是非法移民不入流的人干的活。&br&我爹说我知道，但你得去。&br&我不想去。说，你不讲道理，凭什么。&br&我爹说，凭我是你爹。&br&&br&接下来我爹就带着我去唐人街的介绍所，谎称我已经18。不久就找到了一份新手打杂的工作，月薪1500美元，在离纽约4个多小时的马里兰州的一个人口稀少的小镇。&br&在一个阳光灿烂的日子，我抱着上坟的心情坐上了前往我人生第一份工作的长途巴士。&br&&br&接下来的日子简直是水深火热，暗无天日。餐馆的老板极其苛刻，什么脏话累活都扔给我（废话，干的就是打杂的），我的主要任务就是洗碗，拖地，剁菜，搬饮料，以及频繁地炒饭，有一段时间我连做梦都梦见自己在炒饭。中餐馆大多是小本经营，自然要做到每个员工都“物尽其用”，这也就意味着他们会压榨你身上的所有劳动力。此外，我当然还要听命于其他店员的指使，哪里垃圾该倒了哪里厕所堵了，他们上嘴唇一碰下嘴唇我就得屁颠屁颠地去解决。店里打工的人大多来自市井，偷渡来美后没有其他的技能，只能找一个卖力气的地方混口饭吃。他们大多没有多少文化，没有绿卡，不会英文，但我是新来的，而且职位最低，自然没有地位。到了晚上下了班一群人合住在一个房间里，完全没有隐私。他们睡觉打呼，这对睡眠极浅的我来说又是一种折磨，常常整夜整夜的睡不着，第二天起来干活根本没精神又要被人骂。空闲的时候想起学校的环境，心里似乎隐隐地开始想念。在外地打工最要命的是一个星期才休息一天，根本来不及回纽约，于是就要一个人孤独地在人生地不熟的地方呆着直到暑假结束。&br&有天晚上收工后我一边洗澡一边回想自己的“人生”，我他妈一个有身份，会英文，前途一片光明的未来国家栋梁，为什么要沦落至此被一群连身份都没有的粗人颐指气使？！转念一想，不就吃点苦吗，我一大老爷们有什么忍不了的？又一想我平白无故为什么要在这看人脸色累死累活？又想起自己孤身一人在外无依无靠，一时之间悲愤交加，竟然开始嚎啕大哭，收都收不住。&br&&br&坚持了一个多月后的一天晚上，收工后老板把我叫住，把工资递给我，让我明天就不用上班了。&br&我又懵了：我被炒了？&br&老板接着说，你干不了这活，这不是你该呆的地方，我早看出来了。&br&我又悲又喜。&br&悲的是原来我心高气傲其实连打杂的活都干不好，喜的是终于要脱离苦海了。手捧着沉甸甸还带有浓浓油烟气息的工资，我坐上了回纽约的长途巴士。打开窗，闻着帝国之州弥漫着的自由空气，我感觉自己又活过来了。摊开双手一看，以前从来没干过粗活，现在因为打杂手上全是裂开烂掉后重新长出来粉红的新皮，连指纹都磨没了，就我这手现在去犯罪都不用戴手套的。摸出工资数了数，将近2000美元，突然明白了什么叫做血汗钱。&br&&br&回到家一阵忐忑，以为我爹要把我收拾一顿，说了整个暑假都得打工这才过了一半就灰溜溜回来了。没想到他不但没有责怪，语气似乎还颇为赞赏地来了句，“嗯，比我预料中坚持得久”。&br&我正懵的时候，他又意味深长地说了一顿让我心惊肉跳的话：&br&&b&不是每个人都得循规蹈矩地上完高中上大学，上完大学去公司当上班族的。只不过如果不走这条相对轻松稳定的路，那摆在大多数人眼前的选择就只有干粗活苦活累活。可是干粗活也是分人的，有的人干得了，有的人就干不了。有的人没有条件也没有选择，只能干粗活，那没什么好说的；可有的人如果明明有好的条件和机会却任性地放弃错过了，将来可是要后悔莫及的。当然，要是有人天赋异禀3岁识谱5岁编曲或者18岁就能打NBA那这些话不适用他。否则，好好读书拿个大学毕业证至少能保证你将来生活的底线不会太低，这不会让你吃亏的。&/b&&br&&br&我现在当然知道自己属于干不了粗活又不会识谱更打不了NBA的那类人了。新学期开始后我就再也不忧郁了，什么汉堡难吃同学难相处，都他妈惯的。经历过这么一场磨难，从此以后我是吃嘛嘛香，睡哪哪甜，看同学们个个可爱纯真，老师们个个慈眉善目。把高中落下的课补上后又顺利上完了大学，遇到挫折想放弃的时候就在脑海里回想当时打工的痛苦经历就能咬着牙坚持下去，直到现在当了个相对来说还满轻松的小白领。因为有那段经历，我感觉自己对事物的容忍度提升了不少，如果要在公司搬个箱子移个桌子也会乐意帮忙绝不会摆出高姿态说“It's not my job”要等别人来做。但这一切的前提是，我顺利完成了学业，我才能找到一份相对来说不错工作。我不敢想象当初要是自己真的辍学了，我的英文没有质的飞跃，我现在会在哪个餐馆打杂或是哪个菜市场宰鱼的情景，到那个时候可不是“体验人生”想什么时候喊停就喊停的事儿了。那种日子将会是我日复一日年复一年，从每天早上睁开眼到每个夜晚闭上眼的真实生活，而且这样的生活是没有尽头的。我当然不是说不屑这些工作低人一等，而是我清楚意识到了自己根本干不了除了稳稳当当上完学后当上班族以外的活。事实上我也确实享受现在的工作和生活。我曾经有一段时间非常不齿这段打杂的经历，在同学朋友们面前从来不敢提起，心里似乎觉得干了什么丢人的事。但现在回头看，我非常庆幸自己的这段“惨痛”经历让我没有在人生的十字路口走上弯路。&br&&br&当然，初到异国对身份的疑惑和对未来的焦虑并没有马上就被消除了。但我意识到了比解除迷茫更紧迫的事情，那就是如果真的退学后我要如何生存，之前只是在年轻的脑子里走马观灯一样想了一遍就以为看透了人生，现在有了切身体会，才知道人生不易。这其实也是美国的大多数第二代移民离开熟悉的母国后会面临的问题，是的新社会很难融入，英文也不好学，我见过太多不肯吃几年学习苦的“移二代”，他们到了社会上的工作几乎都离不开以下几个行业：餐馆，超市，搬家，装修，菜市场。我有时候去菜市场买鱼的时候，在海鲜部看到跟我同龄但似乎一脸生活的风霜的杀鱼师傅，他的活动范围就是不到10米长仅容得下一个人行走的工作台，客人选好鱼后他的工作就是去鳞，掏出内脏，切成块，然后冲洗干净递给客人，每天面无表情地重复这种动作无数遍，这个10米长的工作台就是他的生活。我看着他手上的动作娴熟又机械情不自禁地走神：他在杀鱼的时候想的是什么，他为什么来美国，他想歇一歇的时候能不能跟店长请个假出门买一杯奶茶，他看着人来人往衣着时尚的客人的时候会不会很期待休息日的时候换下一身腥味的工作服………… 我不敢深想。&br&我再重复一遍，我绝对不是说不屑这种工作，相反，我打心眼里敬佩杀鱼的师傅能处在这样的生活里日复一日还没有发疯，可这不是我要的生活，我是个热爱自由视自由如命的人，哪怕仅仅是想一想自己处在这样的方寸之地都能让我感到绝望。我绝不能让自己今后的人生局限在这样狭小的空间里，这就是这件事情的全部意义。&br&&br&&br&如果以后我生了个儿子说不想上学，我压根就不跟他讲道理，直接让他去体验一段他除了上学这条路以外他将可能要过的生活。如果他觉得自己干得高兴地很，那我没话说；如果他体验后觉得干不了，自然会跟当年的我一样乖乖滚回学校啃书本。&br&他要是问为什么他非要去体验，我就告诉他：&br&因为我是你爹。&br&&br&&br&&br&完。

做为一个从小取过10多年鸡蛋的人必须来回答这个问题。&br&前面都说了会生气，而且会很生气，后果很严重。&br&我这做一些补充：&br&1）母鸡下的蛋分两种（如果你注意了就会发现：对于广大民间偏方来说，两种鸡蛋的作用是很不一样的)&br&一种是没交配的情况下下的蛋，一种是与公鸡交配完下的蛋。&br&第一种是孵不出小鸡的，第二种才行。&br&在农村，好多人家里只养母鸡。原因很简单，公鸡不下蛋，而且如果养一只公鸡，一群母鸡的话，这公鸡简直过着帝王一样的生活好不好啊，天天到处留情（不知道它累不累,NND).&br&&br&2)母鸡每年会那么几个月身子不爽。那段时间她们不想下蛋，她们只想孵蛋！！！那时的母鸡进入一种近乎癫狂的状态，在这种状态下，如果看到窝里有鸡蛋，她们会拼死护住的。比平时生蛋的情况下战斗指数高NN倍。在这种情况下的鸡是脑子有病的，但广大农民伯伯有的是办法让他们清醒过来。。我见过的常用的办法是，把它们扔水塘里！！或是把她捆起来，各种折磨。为了让她清醒过来。。其实就为了多几个蛋。。。哎。。。&br&3）母鸡正常的状态下，平时的情况是这样：一般母鸡下完蛋，会像报喜一样到处“咯咯哒”咯咯哒“，这你可以理解为一个刚生产完的妈妈在向老公打电话”老公，我又生了一个“。好多人家里不愿意养公鸡的原因，是因为公鸡的战斗指数比母鸡高NN倍。你试想，你直直过去抢一个妈妈的孩子，妈妈大叫老公帮忙 。这时只见她身高185CM的老公气势汹汹的朝你奔过来，能不吓尿么。。。&br&母鸡的叫另一方面也是给了主人们明确的信号。。。这时我就登场了。我可没那么傻，可不能直接冲上去就拿蛋，那是不科学的。科学的方法是抓一把粮食，把鸡妈妈从窝里引出来，一方面表彰一下她又生了一个蛋，另一方面趁她和她老公都在抢吃的，也好趁机下手。对她们来说，有吃的早把自己下的蛋忘了。等母鸡想起来，反正是没了，咋整，再下一个吧。。。无限循环。。。。直到有一天，鸡妈妈累了，进入到想孵蛋的状态下，参加见2）&br&&br&4）关于孵蛋&br&在农村里基本上是没有人有母鸡孵蛋的。因为这样母鸡好长时间都下不了蛋。那他们用什么孵蛋？现在最常用的是直接买小鸡。但我小时候，是自己家孵的。用什么孵？用被子！！！首先这蛋得是和公鸡交配完后下的蛋。然后，在春秋天，用被子在一个柜子里放上一些&u&麦草&/u&，上面再放条被子，然后放一个一头开口的大塑料袋（装热水用），上面放鸡蛋，然后再盖上一条厚被子。&br&水袋里装上热水，里面放上一个温度计，保证水温在30来度的样子。过一段时间就会差不多了。这个时候可以提前预判有没有孵成功了。我最喜欢这个检查过程--------------用一盆水，把孵过的鸡蛋放在里面，如果水有波纹，证明里面有动静，这个蛋可以孵出小鸡。。然后挑出这些蛋，继续孵。。过一段时间，就出来小鸡了。。。。&br&&br&回到原来的话题 ，反正这多年我是没被啄过。不过我见过不少人给鸡啄到了，真会流血的。。。
