创新，没有失败可言
　　今年全国&两会&后，&大众创业、万众创新&成了最时髦的热点词语，创业与创新也在社会中掀起热潮。这是中央政府增强市场活力，提振市场信心的有力举措，是面对经济发展步入&新常态&的积极应对，更是落实《中国制造2025》并转型为中国&智&造的关键抓手。
　　创新的范畴非常复杂庞大。创新既有我们通常所认为的技术创新、理念创新，更有文化创新，还有体制创新。更需要明白的是，这其中的每一种创新，都不可能是一帆风顺的。创新需要面对激烈的行业竞争和市场竞争，因此，对于创新者而言，创新之路从来都不是一条康庄大道，在这条道路上每前进一步，都可能会遗弃成千上万的失败案例。
　　打这样一个比方，创新就像是生物界的进化，最终能够&适者生存&者仍然只是少数&&生物界中留下来的物种就好比创新成功者，而许多创新失败的方案就会如同一些古生物一样化尘与土。
　　可是，从某种角度讲，创新又是没有失败可言的。所有的创新都有风险，只有继承和沿袭才能确保没有风险。创新的过程，就是一个反复试错并不断纠正和优化自己的方案并寻找解决问题正确方式的过程。如果创新过程都是畅通无阻的，相信这样的创新创造出来的价值也将非常廉价，甚至不足以称为创新，而只能称为复制或抄袭。因此，失败本身就是创新的一部分&&这是基本的常识。
　　现实层面，创新失败带来的影响不容忽视。投资者可能会难以承受失败带来的损失，比如，一些负责人可能会因为创新失败而被谴责，再比如，失败对于一个团队的信心也可能会形成毁灭性打击，一个优秀团队很可能会因此而散伙&&基于此，我们当首先在思想认识和观念中，允许创新可以失败，鼓励暂时出现挫折与失败，并激励创新者继续走下去；在一些体制内的考核条款上，也应该有所体现。
　　同时，在现实生活中，无论体制机制，还是政策扶植，也都应该给予更多的优惠及照顾。各级政府部门进一步加大简政放权的工作力度，减少一些政府审批的流程和环节，通过放管结合，给创新者提供更大的舞台和自由创新的空间。
　　除此之外，更为重要的是，还应该拓宽融资渠道。世上没有免费的午餐，但一些商业资本和社会赞助的介入，却可以在一定程度上减少创新遭遇挫折所耗费的成本。当然，这需要投资人和赞助者要有一个宽阔的视野，需要有为错误买单的心理预期，需要有独具慧眼的投资意向和前瞻目光，更需要创新者能够把自己的创新计划不断完善以打动或说服投资者与赞助者。
　　尼采曾说：&那些杀不死我们的，将使我们更坚强。&这样的道理，最适用于创新。创新者必须要坚定必胜的信念，勇于创新、大胆创新，不要怕失败。只有这样，创新趋动才会真正成为经济发展的动力，&学&才能转化为&术&，才能推动生产力大发展，继而更好地适应经济发展&新常态&。
