冯志强，一位香港新生代编剧，1996年毕业于香港浸会大学，他的毕业作品曾被选为浸会大学代表，参展第三十三届金马奖。而后，他的作品层出不穷，例如《孙子兵法》中担任副导演，《创世纪》编剧，《少林足球》编剧，独立撰写的《天生一对》，《文雀》以及《每当变幻时》更是众人叫好的作品。&

The Bounty is a comedy with &bounty hunting& as the main line. The film narrates happy-go-lucky Cho who relies on bounty hunting to live. This time he comes to a small hotel called LAZY Inn in an island according to the intelligence. However, the innkeeper is a weird man being suspicious all days and he posts a bounty with over HK$100,000,000 to find his daughter. What is weirder is that the steward Suen Long Ching claims many times that she is the daughter of Boss Suen&s, but he denies flatly. Beyond those, guests in the inn are also questionable. Coconut Man with hunchback and gagtooth is surreptitious in his movements all day and the inn is said that people often commit suicide there. After continuing predicting and misunderstanding that leads to an array of japes, whether Cho will get the bounty successfully and reveal the secrets veiled in the inn?

During the period of fighting against invading armies, two new recruit corps and engineer battalion did not catch up the lead and fought and withdrawn when enemies closed in after 177 army, the lead of 96 corps of the Communist Party fought against Japanese armies& breaking through in Mao Jindu (left side of San Men Xia, an old ferry in the north shore of the Yellow River). After more than two hundred soldiers of new recruit corps died, the remaining eight hundred soldiers were pushed to the cliff with 200m height around river by the Japanese army. The new soldiers were not willing to be prisoners and all jumped to the Yellow River after kowtowing to their hometowns with the lead of several old soldiers.&

近日，海外规模最大、影响力最深远的国际华语电影节&&金考拉国际华语电影节携手优酷网正式拉开2013年金考拉国际华语电影节微电影单元影片征集序幕。11月30日前，参赛作品上传至金考拉电影节微电影单元唯一指定网络报名平台优酷即可参与角逐。据了解，截至目前，已有近百部作品参赛。&
金考拉国际华语电影节由国际华语电影节协会主办，以推广华语电影，促进华语电影文化交流为宗旨，为世界各国热爱华语电影的人士搭建一个交流与合作的平台。电影节每年举行一届，设置奖项包括：评委会大奖、最佳影片、最佳导演、最佳男女演员。2012年，电影节正式更名后与优酷独家合作，增设微电影单元。这也是首个表彰微电影创作的国际电影节。微电影单元奖项包括：最佳短片、最佳长片、最佳短片导演、最佳长片导演。&

《万箭穿心》“文化砸车” 《人山人海》万象开幕
作为第25届东京国际电影节主竞赛单元的华语电影《万箭穿心》，主创近日宣布退出东京电影节。自从发布这则消息之后，该电影成为了舆论的焦点。制片人张卫在微博上写到&贾樟柯退出第58届墨尔本电影节，却无人指责他是&文化砸车&；董文洁（《万箭穿心》的总发行人）并没&砸&东京电影节，甚至还说了感谢电影节组委会的话。&&

Ran Yan, a young Chinese filmmaker, once was director, editor and associate screenwriter. His representative works include Sweet Journey, Together. Also, he finished Before Being Earlier and Born in 1966. Sweet Journey was chosen as the annual recommendation film by the 6th Chinese Young Generation Film Forum held by Chinese Film Association in October 2011 and was also praised as one of the 24 classiest films in 2011 Commendation Conference by Chinese Film Association in April 2012. Together was nominated in the main competition unit of 18th Beijing College Student Film Festival 2011 in April 2011. 《二次曝光》国内热映 风格酷似“大卫林奇”/ Double Xposure Becomes Hotspot Resembling “David Lynch” in Style
于2012年9月29日在大陆公映的由李玉执导、范冰冰和冯绍峰领衔主演的《二次曝光》，上映后日均票房超过千万，成为大陆&国庆档&最大赢家。虽然两大偶像影星助力不少，电影剧情也颇有亮点。年轻的美容咨询师宋其（范冰冰）在发现了男友刘东（冯绍峰）和自己的闺蜜周小西（霍思燕）有私情，一怒之下将其杀害，之后开始逃亡的生涯。但是随着警方深入调查后，案情变得扑朔迷离；而&劈腿男&冯绍峰却又有着&情痴&性格。真相就在真实与幻想的交替出现后，愈发令人无法确定。&
电影的剧情非常酷似大卫林奇的《妖夜迷踪》（Lost Highway）与《穆赫兰道》（(Mulholland Drive)。林奇的影片素以迷幻晦涩难懂著称，而前者是情节&最为迷幻&的作品，后者让他广为人知。两部作品同样以凶杀案出发，经过让人迷惑不解的剧情，以出人意料的结局收尾。《二次曝光》在创意上有重复之嫌，不过影片品质如何不能如此轻易的下定论，一切还得看过才知道。
Double Xposure, directed by Yu Li and starred by Bingbing Fan and Shaofeng Feng, was released in inland China on 29th September 2012. The box office per day is over 10 million after release, becoming the biggest winner during National Day. While two idol film stars contributed to their superb performance, the story of the film itself has highlights. Qi Song (Bingbing Fan), a young beauty consultant, killed her bestie Xiaoxi Zhou (Siyan Huo) angrily after noticing she had an affair with her boyfriend Dong Liu (Shaofeng Feng). However, with the further investigation by the police, the case became bewildering. Shaofeng Feng who was a cheating guy had the character of being constant in love. The truth ran through the reality and illusion, which increasingly became confusing.
The story of the film resembles Lost Highway and Mulholland Drive by David Lynch. Lynch&s films are famous by illusion, obscurity and difficulty in comprehension. Lost Highway has the most illusionary plot among his works, while Mulholland Drive made him well known. Both films start from a murder, develop a confusing plot and present an unexpected ending. Double Xposure was suspected to repeat in originality, but it should not readily come to the conclusion about the quality of the film unless after watching it.&

松太加，来自安多藏区，是一位藏族电影摄影师兼导演。他的处女导演作品《太阳总在左边》获得了第30届龙虎单元大奖，第35，同时也入围第46届&当代导演竞赛单元&，入围第55届，入围第14届上海国际电影节&亚洲新人奖&。松太加说，影片虽然表现的是西藏题材，但涉及的是人类共同面对的关于死亡的主题，表达的是面对死亡要保持一种坦然的心态。他表示，&昆德拉小说《慢》的启发，他在影片中试图展示一种在从容、缓慢的节奏中体验和感悟的途径。&

Taijia Song is a film cameraman as well as director from Anduo in Tibet. His first film work was The Sun-beaten Path, which won the Dragons and tigers Award in 30th Vancouver International Film Festival, the Special Performance Award of digital unit in 35th Hongkong International Film Festival and was nominated in &Contemporary Director Unit& by 46th Locarno International Film Festival, in 55th London International Film Festival and in &Asian New Talent Award& by 14th Shanghai International Film Festival. &Although the theme of the film is about Tibet, it goes over the theme of death that human beings have to face commonly. It shows a calm attitude kept when we face death.& Taijia Song said, &He tried to present a path to experience and to feel under a calm and slow tempo in the film after being inspired by Slowness written by Milan Kundera&.

The Sun-beaten Path is a film that depends on landscapes and distant views instead of dialogues to narrate letting spectators to appreciate from the observer perspective.
The film presents a journey of self-discovery. As soon as the leading actor Ma Ni appears on the scene, he pushes a motorcycle down the cliff. The plot develops by a series of flashbacks, which let spectators experience a journey full of guilt that the leading actor is conducting. Ma Ni is unable to restrain the feeling of sadness and self-accusation in that his mother died from being run over by the motorcycle, so he begins pilgrimage to Lhasa with a handful of loess smeared with his mother&s blood. During the journey, an old man who also feels empty and lost but is still clinging encourages, affects on as well as redeems him mutually. Ma Ni gets a spiritual experience regaining the courage for survival. He recognizes the true survival values during this journey of seeking confusions in life and broken-down soul. The film has extremely a realistic meaning, not only telling about a spiritual story on Tibetan cultural attitudes but also showing the Tibetan&s attitudes when facing the sorrow, happiness and death.
新导演介绍：蔡尚军
蔡尚军，中国内地导演，曾毕业于中央戏剧学院。他的作品有《保尔&柯察金》、《爱情麻辣烫》、《洗澡》、《向日葵》等优秀电影。在2007年第48届希腊塞萨洛尼基电影节以及同年第12届韩国釜山国际电影节上，他的《红色康拜因》分别夺得了最佳影片金亚历山大奖及国际电影评论家协会奖。
他的最新力作《人山人海》也在2011年第68届威尼斯国际电影节中为他获得了最佳导演银狮奖。
Shangjun Cai, director from inland China, graduated from Central Academic of Drama. His works include Pavel Korchagin, Spicy Love Soup, Shower, Sunflower and etc. His The Red Awn got Golden Alexand Award and Fipresci Award in 2007 from 48th Thessaloniki International Film Festival in Greece and 12th Pusan International Film Festival in Korea respectively.
His latest work People Mountain People Sea won the Silver Lion for Best Director from 68th Venice International Film Festival.

“ Beijing Flickers” competes for awards in Toronto
多伦多国际电影节目前正在举行中。与其他国际电影节不同的是，该电影节以影展上出现的电影数量之多而著称。著名华语电影导演张元，携新电影《有种》参加电影节，该片将在11月于中国大陆上映。张元说，新电影的主题是为观众展现当下&80后&身上独有的由时代特殊性所带来的痛苦。面对中国大陆导演因严格的审查制度而不得不做出妥协的这一情况，张元说&它（妥协）也许会逼迫你从另一个角度去思索电影的生存，以温暖、诗意。幽默的方式去化解、展现残酷。&业界有人称，《有种》是张元在1993年的电影《北京杂种》的姐妹篇。当时因内容、风格及演员的选择，让《北京杂种》在中国大陆被禁，并导致导演本人经历了五年无法在大陆拍摄电影的遭遇。一部曾禁映电影的姐妹篇，是否会因导演的&妥协&而变得让人观之产生味同嚼蜡的无聊感？这会在11月揭晓。
The Toronto International Film Festival is currently being held. Different from other international film festivals, this film festival is famous for its large number of films on show. Zhang Yuan, a famous Chinese film director, attends this festival with his new movie & Beijing Flickers& which will be released in Mainland China in November. Zhang Yuan said, the theme of the new movie is to show the pain that people born from 1980s have suffered from a special era. Under a strict review system, Chinese directors may have to compromise in films. Zhang Yuan said: &it (compromise) may force you to think about the survivals of movies from another perceptive, applying methods of warmth, poetry and humor to neutralize and show cruelness.& People from the industry said, & Beijing Flickers& is a companion piece to Zhang Yuan&s &Beijing Bastards& in 1993. "Beijing Bastards" was banned in Mainland China due to the choice of content, style and actors, and the director himself has been unable to shoot movies for five years in the Mainland. A companion piece to a film that once has been banned, whether it will be boring to the audiences because of the director&s "compromise", the answer will be revealed in November.
