（1）a=1时f（x）=-1/3x^3+1/2x^2+2x
f'(x)=-x^2+x+2&0得-1&x&2所以增区间[-1,2]
&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&减区间[-无穷，-1]与[2,正无穷]
（2）若f（x）在[1，2] 上是增函数，f'(x)=-x^2+x+2a在[1，2] 上恒大于等于0
所以-x^2+x+2a&=0推出a&=(1/2)x^2-x/2&&& x属于[1，2] 恒成立
所以a&=(1/2)x^2-x/2&&& x属于[1，2]d的最大值
（3）f'(x)=-x^2+x+2a
f'(1)&0,f'(4)&0所以[1,4]上先增后减
若最小值为f（1）=-16/3求a看是否满足0&a&2
若最小值为f（4）=-16/3求a看是否满足0&a&2
满足的算左边的极值点x=？
f（x）即为最大值！
